There are many ways to teach skills needed by people learning a new occupation. In our program ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) principles are being utilized for both researching and implementing training procedures needed by the personnel who work with horses. Likewise, though there are many approaches to training horses, in this program the major teaching strategy used to train the horses has been “clicker†training.
